We offer expertly coached functional training in an intimate group setting, with personal attention, smart modifications, and care for each client’s level, ability, and orthopedic needs. Our sessions help bring real-life strength, balance, confidence, and independence. At Golden Moves, small group training is done with precision, warmth, and the power to change lives. Our original Harwich studio continues to offer one-on-one personal training and partner training.
