She is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to patiently answer all of my questions. She has also recommended effective solutions that have helped with my eye concerns. I would also like to recognize Matthew and Zeljko, the opticians. They are both friendly, patient, and highly skilled at what they do. They always take the time to help me choose the right glasses, explain my options clearly, and make sure everything fits comfortably and correctly. Their expertise, attention to detail and excellent customer service makes the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I consistently have positive experiences every time I visit, and I highly recommend Dr. Emily Wu and her team.
