Iossif was very helpful multiple times: he stayed late after store hours to carefully take measurements and finalize the order, then made multiple frame adjustments for proper fit. Considering metal frames, I just wanted to advise to pay attention that even a tiny frame tilt can make not only noticeable optical changes, but also a significantly different look on your face, e.g. tilt them to make sides up just 1mm, and men's glasses become women's. Thus, your result glasses and frame on display might need to be cross-checked for that to avoid getting unexpected result. The lenses are done well, as prescribed. They currently have better scratch resistance compared to the old ones ordered at this store years ago. I'm writing this a few weeks after I got the glasses. The Armani Exchange frame holds well too.
