These are the glasses I bought two days ago. I had a truly terrible experience at this store. I purchased a pair of frames—without lenses—for which I paid $400. The glasses were not properly adjusted for me at the time of purchase; as a result, the arms of the frames pressed painfully against my temples. After wearing them for an eight-hour workday, I suffered from a severe headache. I am absolutely furious, and I will never set foot in this store again. I am posting this in the hope that the staff will reflect on their practices; this entire experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. I strongly urge anyone considering visiting this store to think twice before doing so. It was a truly abysmal

The Sales Associate, Lucas, made all the difference in the world! This was my very first pair of glasses, and after visiting the store several times — along with a few others — I kept leaving without making a purchase.
Once Lucas introduced themself, everything changed. They took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and truly helped me narrow down which frames worked best for me without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Most importantly, Lucas introduced me to the new program and explained it in a way that made everything click.
Lucas honestly made my Mother’s Day weekend. Even though the store had already closed by the time we finished reviewing all of the options, they never once rushed me and continued helping me with such kindness and professionalism.
Lucas’ manager, Jen, was equally stellar & incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She also took the time to explain the program further and offered to answer any additional questions I had.
What an amazing team and such a wonderful experience from start to finish!

I had a great experience with Jennifer. She really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect frames. She listened to what I was anted and even suggested some that would suit my face frame best. I would recommend anyone to go work with her. As well as the rest of the team

First time here!!!
I called to inquire about a walk-in repair and was placed on a 10-minute hold. When the call was answered, the receptionist was dismissive, talked over me, and transferred me to a doctor before I could even finish my question. Total lack of customer service and a waste of time.

wow What a trashy place this Braintree eye association is inside the Lens crafter. The front desk staff saw me come in, had nothing to do, chose to ignored me completely. I waited patiently for her acknowledgment to go check in, minutes went by still absolutely nothing from her. Then some random customer swoop in and cut right in front of me, went directly to her to check in. After all is done, I stepped forward to check in, she had the audacity to accused me of being minutes late while she chose to receive the line cutter before me. I would not waste my money on this dumpster of place with this kind of unprofessionalism in customer service, neither should you!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
