- ELEd LizotteAug 20, 20264.0I saw Dr. Arsenault. He’s very good at giving advice and answering questions I had about my vision. He has helped me tremendously over the years. I didn’t see the Dr. until 1 hour and 20 minutes after my appointment time. There were a number of patients in front of me and there was no chair for me to sit down when I arrived so they borrowed one from the store. I was dilated so that may account for part of my waiting time, but that was not performed by the staff until an hour after I arrived. Not really a huge problem for me (retired), but I don’t recall waiting such along time in the many years I’ve been a patient there. I hope this helps.
