- TTTinaJun 20, 20261.0I want to first say Christopher and Katie are helpful and kind but we had a very disappointing experience with the optometrist, Dr. Grace Anosike. The prescription provided was incorrect and caused headaches, watery eyes, discomfort, and a zoomed-in effect from the first day. During the follow-up appointment with her, our concerns were repeatedly dismissed and we were told the prescription was correct and there was nothing wrong with it, despite the symptoms. No real effort was made to address the issue which is so unprofessional and irresponsible. Another doctor later reviewed the prescriptions, acknowledged there was a difference between them, and approved a refund of only $30 out of the $90 exam fee.
