  I schedule a massage and pedicure with this establishment, please note I have getting Thai massages and pedicures for years, and I am not from Boston. I was told that I would have to pay for these services before I receive them. This aspect of their business operations should be prominently displayed on their website instead of being hidden in areas of the website that is not typically engaged... since this is not common practice. Needless to say, I left without getting any services and will never return or engage a business with this shady practice. The upfront payment requirement is a recipe for subpar service. Most places that advertise massage "therapy" has an intake process that captures their client's information...this is an avenue that safeguards the business owner from theft...and a much more acceptable practice.

  I had a great experience! The salon was clean, welcoming, and professional. My nail technician was friendly, paid close attention to detail, and made sure my pedi looked exactly how I wanted. The quality of the work is excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon! They were also friendly and recommended local spots to dine.

  I have been coming here for years and they always take good care of me. I primarily get massages for my back pain and they do a wonderful job no matter which masseuse is assigned. I can get a walk-in appointment 9 times out of 10. Convenient location downtown - relaxing and peaceful environment, too!

  Amazing people - kind, thoughtful and great service. Was in Boston for a day and called - they were able to accommodate my needs even when close to closing time. Took great care of me and my nails look fab

  Everyone is very accommodating and take last minute massages. I’ve been going to this spa for 3yrs now and all the massage therapists are wonderful. I highly recommend and Winnie the manager is very friendly and inviting.
