I took in a pair of sunglasses I’ve had for over 15 years and they fixed them up today like they’re brand new! Both staff members inside the Boston location I was in provided exceptional service and I happily bought new frames today!!

He was so helpful going above and beyond in not only replacing screw, insisted no charge and suggested I could write a review. This is my review, thank you again. He helped me choose a couple pairs of sun and regular glasses, input the order, then sent it in directly from the optometrist eye exam the following week in time to get my new glasses delivered to my doorstep before for my 2 week vacation!!
