The rest of the team is just as friendly and professional, making every visit a positive experience. As someone who really appreciates great customer service and understands how much reviews matter, I wanted to make sure Andrew and the GNC team got the recognition they deserve. - AFAdanson FredianiJun 2, 20261.0I placed an online order for pickup today. The website says the store is open from 10 AM to 8 PM, but when I arrived at 6:58 PM, the door was already locked. There was a note on the door saying they would be closing at 7 PM Monday through Saturday and apologizing for the inconvenience, but nobody even came to the door or tried to help me. The door was simply locked before 7 PM. I was traveling and needed to pick up my order, but I couldn’t. Terrible customer service.
