I have been going to this pharmacy simply because it's close to home.Over a year, the pharmacist are cold, rude and not helpful. The young man at the register is kind, considerate always. My experience and Contacting store manager twice as well as let my Doctor know.Majority of the time when my controlled medication is due,I'm required to call.At lease dozens of times, they pick up and set phone on counter never to return.I went in Starmarket on Pet Isle and called with same outcome.03/20/26,a pharmacist named Jacquelyn was so helpful and even called me when scrip was Ready. When you call the pharmacy, they see who is calling. Not only is this Juvenile behavior but unacceptable.Jacquelyn, was kind considerate and helpful.HUMANITY.I will forward more information to the right source. This pharmacist was an example of the way you handle people,Proffessionally! The others need to follow this example or move on to another Proffessional.Dr.Khoory finally said,it is the pharmacist. The laws, rules are adjusted based on Customer.Records will show. Thankyou, Kat Hayes

Not bad. Basically a Shaws. Good selection of grocery items, pretty much everything you need. Don't let the pharmacy in the name fool you, this is basically a grocery store (which is great). Never used the pharmacy part. Parking lot sucks. Kinda what you'd expect around here, but it's small, tight, and pretty busy during normal hours. Which also brings me to their hours. Kinda limited which is frustrating.

I hesitate to write this and at the same time I feel like people should know. This place used to be okay but it has become like going into battle when having to go pick up things or get a new prescription filled. After years of getting a medication filled we were told that they don't have that medicine. I had to literally go home, get the old bottle and show them that they have filled it in the past. Apparently the staff person who told me that just couldn't be bothered. Staff are absolutely rude, what's more, I'm disgusted by how they treat older people (not me - people older than me) they are constantly pejorative and dismissive. I get that working at the supermarket pharmacy can be tough, but this place has totally given up.

Efficient transfers, automated refills. Some of the staff can be cranky, though.
