  The Auburn MA office has been accommodating and efficient since we began more than two years ago. Adjusting to hearing aids can be frustrating but they have been patient, informative and helpful. And thank you Bradi for your help!

  Where to begin. As soon as my 5 years was up they stiffed me for my final cleaning told me I failed the hearing test so bad the fda wouldn't let them touch me until I saw ent dr. Surprise I passed flying colors with ent. Been trying to get in contact with auburn, mass location since without my knowledge they billed my credit card for another years worth of warranty should anything happen to them but Noone is answering the phone or door at this location. FRAUD IS DEFINITELY ON MY RADAR. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. SHADY,SHADY NO ONE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS BBB IS MY ONLY RECOURSE I GUESS.

  It was time for a routine hearing check so I ended up here. The visit was very pleasant and informative. Dr. Merolla was very positive, kind, and even entertaining. I would recommend this office and Dr.Merolla’s services to anyone needing a hearing evaluation or considering a hearing aid. These guys are very professional and will take good care of you and your auditory needs.

  (Karen LeDonne )I took my Mom here to get hearing aids for the 1st time .What a complete, comprehensive,and caring experience she had .Dr. David Merolla was professional and personal in the care of my Mom's hearing needs.As ,the hearing aids are quite costly, some Insurances do pick up partial costs.In the long run the benefit to hear what you are missing out on ,out ways any price, if it is done right.

  They offer the service they describe. But the hearing aids are very expensive. They provide good adjustment services. But the aids are expensive.
