  Home Instead caregivers take care of my elderly grandfather. All the caregivers are very nice and attentive. They truly care about my grandfather and want to make sure he's comfortable and well taken care of. If my family calls the office with questions or anything everyone is great on the phone. My family is very happy with the care my grandfather receives.

  These people are godsends. My mother has Alzheimer’s and had been in a rehab facility recuperating from an illness. We were really wary about bringing her home because there had been some aggression issues in the past and were toying with a nursing home. So happy we brought her home! The aides are so fantastic and the communication from the office is wonderful. I feel so relieved knowing my mother is in great, competent hands. UPDATE: I want to call out Teresa and Shelly for going above and beyond for my mother. They were rockstars!

  I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody. They don’t care about their clients all they care about is their pay. On several occasions they have been late or haven’t shown at all and we never even get notified about it. My grandfather who has dementia and needs somebody with him, is apparently just expected to watch himself. The office staff is super rude every time we have to call and ask where the person is, or they just don’t answer. Not to mention the people that they have taking care of him, need someone taking care of themselves also. He’s a super fall risk and the women watching him was letting him walk around the hours alone without his walker, walk outside, let the dogs out. And when we called requesting someone else because of how dangerous the situation was…we were told they have no one else. They just never have any clue what is going on. Today our help didn’t show up. When I called I was told “ there’s nothing we can do her phone is off.” Do yourself a favor and don’t choose this jacked up company. EDIT: the owner replied that “we came to a resolution”…. There was no resolution. We are looking for a different company.

  I used Home Instead in Attleboro for 24 hour care for my aunt and uncle for 5 months. They did a fantastic job! Many aspects were challenging for them because I am out of state and relied on them for so many things outside of just the direct care - they always went above and beyond. All the caregivers were compassionate and I felt they truly cared for my aunt and uncle. Mary Pat/supervisor always followed up and kept in touch with me. Office staff always helpful. Very organized and professional group - highly recommend them. Don't know what I would have done without them during this time.
