We use a multi-disciplinary approach in providing care to our patients combining skilled nursing (including wound care, ostomy care, enteral nutrition, IV infusion, psychiatric), home health aides, nutrition assistance, diabetes management, medical social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists.
