All the process they explain me very well, including talk in Spanish. That talk about the amazing preparation the person was with me all the process. I recommend this place and the team for the kindness and knowledge.

The front desk staff as well as the staff member who performs visual field tests could benefit from some customer service training. At times, they are rude and unprofessional to the point of being an embarrassment. It’s not clear who is “in charge” of office administration. I’d be happy to provide detailed examples. There is definitely room for improvement.

Dr. Luckett was very thorough in explaining options to me and answered all my questions. He was professional and understanding of my concerns related to my vision and an upcoming surgical procedure. I have used physicians at both the Baton Rouge EMC location as well as the Walker location and I have always been pleased with the physicians and the outcomes of treatments I have received for my eye conditions. I highly recommend Eye Medical Center.
