  My only issue is the from end. Sometimes it’s like they go so slow on purpose. It took almost a full hour for me to get stuck today. The que they call you from is so messed up. I watched people come in after me and get seen before me. The reason I was told is because it’s in a timer. But I was already there for 30 minutes. It started with 2 people ahead of me then ended up with 5. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN??? Then the lady doing the screaming decides she has to sweep first. Yah that’s what’s important right now. Their system is stupid sometimes. A little common sense could fix everything but it’s like whatever makes the statement are missing brain cells.

  Good enough even though I am banned until the year 2300. The purported owner of Kedplasma in Slidell reached out in response to my review. This entity requested that I fill out some form. All this alleged owner has to do is ask the "medical" staff at the business ostensibly owned by them for an answer. This place is kind of odd. Being quite healthy results in a ban. Accountability by staff is quite low. I hope the staff and business can continue providing plasma products for those in need. There are issues in the general operations at this facility which need to be addressed.

  Everyone is extremely nice and it is a very clean place, except for one staff member at the front. I’ve come for months now and each time I hope not to have to interact with her given her constant unprovoked attitude, condescending tone, and just seemingly never wanting to be at work. Not sure what her problem is, but every time I have to talk to her, there suddenly is one.
