  I walked in as a first time donor. I was told to sign and have a seat and someone would call me. I waited an hour and 15 minutes . my name was never called! I did not even see a worker walk over to look at the sign-in sheet. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever been in. Absolutely horrible experience I will never ever return to this place or recommend it to anyone!!!

  I love wasting my time and gas, if ya'll are gonna close 1 hour early on Saturday's, please post a schedule. Its ridiculous I came at 2:15pm, the doors are locked, but on the website, it says ya'll were open and closed at 3pm on Saturday's.
