- TBTara Burns1 day ago3.0Went in just to get new lens in my sunglasses. Got there at 9AM and didnt get out until 1030AM-1040AM. Not bad if you need to get something done same day but i would definitely see an associate that cares about thr customer like Mr Robert. Not someone who is there just for a paycheck like Madison. Apparently my glasses had been ready for about 30 mins and I was struggling with a 3 month old and 3 yr old. I'd recommend their Tyler TX where they all care about the customer or America's Best if you live in Bossier.
- GGgioOct 14, 20265.0An easy and quick process, all 4 of our glasses done within an hour and easy pick up! Robert was an immense help with making sure we got what we needed on our lenses. He also made sure we took full advantage of our insurance benefits for our frames which was wonderful. Amazing customer service
