  Kiaya was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I have been buying glasses for my family from Target for the past few years and she is the best employee they have! The nicest as well.

  This was my first time visiting the Target Optical Store and I was very surprised with the selection. The associate Tori was so helpful in assisting me in choosing frames and I appreciate she let me take my time. Also she was amazing and worked out an issue with my insurance. I didn’t realize my insurance uses a separate provider for optical and she patiently tried several until she found the correct sub-provider.

  I recently visited Target Optical for an eye exam and new lenses, and I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. My eye exam was completed by Kayla Ann, who was an absolute delight to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and funny, which helped make me feel comfortable during the visit. I was very nervous about the exam, but her warm personality and reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease. After my exam, Kiaya assisted me with selecting the perfect lenses. She carefully took all of my measurements, explained my options, and made sure my glasses fit comfortably. Her patience and expertise were greatly appreciated. Mr. Harvey was also wonderful. He greeted customers with a smile and maintained a positive, welcoming attitude throughout my visit. His kindness did not go unnoticed. Overall, the entire team provided exceptional customer service. I truly enjoyed my visit, and all three team members were amazing. I highly recommend Target Optical to anyone in need of an eye exam or new glasses. Thank you for making my experience such a pleasant one! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  There’s only 1 young lady here that I’d credit with professionalism and I’m disappointed that I didn’t get her name but the “Supervisor” and the remaining staff are just flat out rude. They seem annoyed to have to assist. He was doing my exam and I had to request that he sanitize the equipment from the prior use because it was obvious make up on it. He and the Optometrist basically weren’t on the same page. He was upset that she was correcting him and he was rolling his eyes and making big sighs. I recommend you spending your money elsewhere. This was one of the few places that accepted my horrible insurance but still spent over $500 with these people. Insurance or not I’ll never go back. This was a horrible experience by people who don’t want to be bothered.
