- ABAshley Bagley6 days ago5.0I recently took my grandfather to Miracle Ear Shreveport for a hearing evaluation, and we had such a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, patient and compassionate throughout the entire process. They took the time to thoroughly explain all of his options, answered every question we had and made sure he felt comfortable and supported. Thanks to their care and professionalism we were able to get him the hearing aids he needed. I truly appreciate how well they treated him and would highly recommend Miracle Ear to anyone looking for high quality hearing care and exceptional service.
- BBBikuMay 13, 20261.0Don't waste your time here, came in for a free hearing exam just to see if I would need hearing aids, the man walks us in—then gets distracted by some type of call, then he takes my information I say I'm on medicaid then he says it'll be $1500 out of pocket without even performing the hearing exam, I'm not sure where he got that from but I only came in for the FREE hearing exam this man was rude and had an attitude if you can't even perform a basic hearing exam without bringing up money then you don't care about your patients at all it just shows your lack of respect and your false advertising don't advertise a free hearing exam if your going to charge over $1000 to get it done.
- VSvickie scallionApr 7, 20261.0I had an appointment with Miracle Ear. I told them upfront I wanted to get the Miracke Ear hearing aid I bought on ebay reprogramed. I was told they could do it. I found Justin to be very rude. He made calls to see if he was allowed to reprogram the hearing aid. He told me yes, he was allowed to reprogram it, but he wanted $950.00 for each ear. In my opinion he was just out to make an unbelieable fee. I did locate another Miracle Ear dealer who is doing it for $100.00. Says alot about Justin in my opinion.
