Finding Pilates completely shifted that for me. Now, I actually feel good! I try to go 3–4 times a week, and I just hit 100 classes—which I never thought I’d be able to say! What’s really made the biggest difference is how much it’s improved my everyday life. For example: I can clean without my back hurting, get on and off my kayak so much easier, and my balance is better overall. It’s the little things that add up and make such a big impact. The instructors are amazing and so supportive, and the studio environment makes it easy to keep showing up. I’ve noticed a huge difference not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. If you’re on the fence, just try it—you might be surprised how much better you can feel.
