  My visit was exceptional, Dr Slade was very thorough and informative. My visit started at the check-in process with Sydney and then her assistance with helping me chose the right glasses after the eye exam to fit my face the way I needed them to set on my nose. Sydney was phenomenal and also she was taking the time to train a new employee. Sydney is a well needed employee and is a great asset to your company. I have been using Lens Crafter for many years, but this visit was like no other ever. So thanks for having such an amazing employee to have made my visit and me feel special showing she care about the customers needs. I went to the wrong location initially in the mall, but my appointment was at the location in Macy's and I'm so glad I chose this location, otherwise I would not have known such excellence customer service exists.

  Do NOT ever go to LensCrafters in Lakeside Mall or Louisiana Eye Doctors! They are rude, incompetent, dismissive and give away appointments that were scheduled online even when you arrive to the appointment 15 minutes early…. Oh, and walkins are in fact NOT welcome! (We tried that last Friday). Nadia was absolutely horrible! Not sure if it is because my daughter was young or something else… but that is absolutely uncalled for and horrible. Nobody should be dismissed like that~ not only once but twice on two different days.

  If I could give less than one star I would. Highly deceptive, in my opinion, charges, not explained up from nor consented to. I went for an exam and contacts. I expected zero or close to zero out of pocket expenses. I’ve been wearing contacts for close to 30 years. No part of the exam was unusual. All standard as I gave been accustomed to. Upon receiving the bill, I was charged $80 for “CL Fitting Premium Spherical. The only special treatment that I had received was when I had dropped the left trail contact into the carpeting. Charles Dileo, optometrist, picked it up off the carpet and handed it to me along with some contract solution to rinse it off. I discourage anyone from seeking treatment from this practice
