The whole appointment was amazingly entertaining, comfortable, and honestly way more enjoyable than I expected. JOY was the highlight! She had me laughing the entire time, made everything easy to understand, and somehow talked me right into buying a pair of Meta glasses 😭😂. She even tried to get me with the FIRE deal they had going for two more pairs, and I cannot lie, she almost had me! But my mind was already made up — I was BALLING ON A BUDGET that day 😂. The customer service was great, the energy was even better, and I never felt pressured or rushed. I walked out happy with my purchase and actually enjoyed the entire experience. Definitely recommend, and if you get Joy, just know you might leave with more glasses than you planned on buying 😂❤️.
