My goodness, this place is amazing. I went to two different optometrists looking for a specific brand of contacts and not only were they in stock but I was able to walk in without an appointment. The customer service was top tier, they were also knowledgeable and efficient. They’ve gained a new customer in me. Sydney and Kim helped me.

We walked into Lens Crafters needing some help with a repair on some lens for my wife. We were greeted immediately and asked how to help. Darrin was working and was able to help us extremely fast. The issue wasn’t particularly something they handled in shop but Darrin was able to make it work and make my wife’s day extremely better by repairing her glasses! 10/10 quick, easy and helpful!
I recently purchased two pairs of glasses from this LensCrafters location after previously having a great experience here several years ago.
Unfortunately, my first interaction with one employee was disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt the communication was abrupt, dismissive, and lacking the basic courtesy you expect when making an important purchase. I experienced a second uncomfortable interaction with the same employee a couple of days later when I returned after receiving a text that my glasses were ready. While I completely understand that the store was closed, I did not appreciate being spoken to in a raised and confrontational tone when I simply had questions about my pickup notification.
Fortunately, I was later assisted by Brittany and Mel, whose professionalism completely changed my experience. They were patient, knowledgeable, welcoming, and never made me feel rushed while I considered a significant investment in my vision. Thanks to their outstanding customer service, I ultimately purchased two pairs of premium glasses totaling nearly $1,400.
I'm leaving three stars because I believe the excellent service provided by Mel, another lady and Brittany deserves recognition. At the same time, I hope management addresses the inconsistency in customer service so every customer receives the same level of professionalism and respect that these two employees demonstrated.

I took an extremely long time deciding which frames I wanted and felt badly how much of Allison's time I was taking but Allison continued to assure me that she wanted me to be pleased with my selections. I feel she had a sincere desire that whichever frames I chose would be the best options for me.
Quineka provided exceptional and consistently outstanding customer service throughout the entire experience. She made the process smooth, stress-free, and comfortable. Her explanations were thorough, clear, and detailed, ensuring that I fully understood every aspect without having to make assumptions or ask additional questions. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail truly stood out. She delivered an excellent customer experience and is a valuable asset to the organization.
However, the store manager, Mel, a Caucasian female, did not demonstrate the leadership or managerial qualities one would expect in her position. She approached the station where we were seated, picked up the glasses I selected for purchase to check their price without addressing either Quineka or me. There was no explanation or acknowledgment of her actions, leaving me confused as to why the price of my selected eye wear was a concern at that stage of the transaction. As a customer, I found this behavior disrespectful and unprofessional. Mel's actions conveyed that the bottom line was more important than the customer, which is not the standard I would expect from someone in a leadership role.
