The pricing was not clearly explained upfront, and I didn’t realize the full cost until I was already deep into the process. I was pushed toward financing and even encouraged to open a credit card for a $2,500 purchase of shoe inserts, which felt completely excessive and misleading. For something as simple as arch supports, the whole process felt overly aggressive and not transparent about cost at all. If you go, make sure you ask for the full price immediately and don’t feel rushed into anything. If you’re unhappy after purchasing, push for a refund. If they truly stood by their products there wouldn’t be a contract for no refunds! And for a product so expensive they should offer a trial period. You can’t truly know if something will help you long term without using it for at least a few days.
