This has now been two episodes of the same experience. Place is a total fraud and which is why they spend millions on syndicated TV advertising. If their product was of merit, they wouldn't need to spend $Ms in ads. My time bill is $190 so God Feet owes me $190 for the two times I have sat there and waited for 30min.

I followed the instructions and wore the insoles on the first day, but by the end of the day, my feet were in more pain than before. The next day, I wore the insoles again as instructed, and by midday, I was in tears due to the discomfort. After the holiday weekend, I plan to return to the store to request a refund. If it were possible, I would rate this product zero stars.
