- CHCharles HowardApr 6, 20261.0Very slow service . On Saturday it was supposed to be open until 6 PM but the shop was locked at 5:30. I will find another optician. Specifically, I called Target Optical about hours of operation on the Saturday in question. I was told by the person answering that it would be open until 6 PM. After leaving my work I drove to Target only to find the optical department shuttered at 5:30 PM. It was a total waste of time. On Monday there was only one employee to serve a line of customers, which did not help my attitude or time. Eventually I did receive my glasses which are good quality.

- PKPaige KrystofinskiFeb 25, 20235.0Right before a long trip, I badly needed my 7 year old Tom Ford prescription glasses fixed — lens was popping out, they sat crooked on my face, and the frame was way too stretched out to stay on my face when I look down, and my contacts had not come in yet. Despite being essentially beyond repair, Tammy not only helped me fashion a temporary solution which fixed all aspects (except the popping lenses - but I hadn’t really even noticed) and tightened several other pairs of sunglasses I had. I was hesitant to go into any optical center as I was sure I would have been turned away, but not only was Tammy so sweet, ingenuitive, welcoming, and super efficient; she had me out within 5 minutes. I’ll definitely have my next contacts filled here and take advantage of finally getting a much needed new set of frames for 40% off. Thank you again, Tammy, you are the best :)
