Paige is truly a great representation of the brand and much more than a receptionist. She is the face, and hospitality truly can make or break someone’s experience. I enjoyed speaking with her, and asking her all questions I had. She was really sweet, I wonder what her sign is lol. Moreover, Brittany the instructor. Oh! she was great. She doesn’t know this, but her giving me insight of things to be mindful of being that it’s my first class, before it started really helped my ADHD brain during the ‘Classic’. She really has great energy, felt relatable and she actually helps with form! I always said I want that in n instructor, however when I started to give up (lol) I could do with less tweaks cus mentally I was done! But I kept going. She even showed me a way I could do less but with impact. Paige and Brittany, good duo. I hope to be back 💙 DO NOT MISS THE OCTOBER SALE, and I think classic is a good combo of all the other classes. I want to try align and define!

The classes are challenging and I can definitely tell a difference in my core strength and posture. Tons of parking to make this location convenient as well. Def recommend!

It was my very first class, and they made me feel comfortable, encouraged, and included every step of the way. The atmosphere was incredibly inviting, and the workout was both challenging and so much fun. You can truly tell they care about creating a supportive environment for everyone, no matter their experience level. I would give them a 12/10 and highly recommend taking a class with them. I can’t wait to come back!
