At 68 working out isn’t easy but Kassie took the time with me to let me know I could do this. Kristyn kept me engaged and made sure the workout was tailored for my ability. Kassie and Kristyn know what they are doing and they make it fun! If you are looking for a gym, check out Kassie and Kristyn at Pure Parre Metairie! You will thank me later.

Purebarre is one of the very best total body workouts I have ever had. I am in the best shape I’ve been in awhile & I attribute it to these challenging classes.
