  I just wanted to praise Lilly for her kindness, professionalism and cheerfulness. In a week that was stressful, with multiple doctor visits and pain, Lilly was a bright spot. She worked with me and called last minute with a cancellation. She was a delight. In today's world, most people do not go above and beyond in their profession. It was refreshing to find someone both competent and caring. She's a gem, and you should give her a raise!

  Efficient and professional care. MRI. My physician was able to receive the radiologist report stat. Put our minds at ease with the professional staff.

  Edited to add: I received a digital copy of all my images, for no extra cost, after I completed the tests. My technologist, Lori, was professional and polite. Walked me through the whole process - which was pretty intimidating considering the small space within the machine. I was told it was going to be MONTHS before I would be able to get any imaging done through Ochsner. Not only are they (Metairie Imaging) more affordable (by a lot), they happened to have a last minute cancelation so I got seen same day!! The front desk told me their normal wait time is usually only 10-14 days. Overall I had a wonderful experience here and they made a difficult day a little less so. And what more can you ask for from a professional service. 5/5 would recommend again.

  All of the ladies who work at Metairie Imaging couldn't be nicer, but I wanted to acknowledge one in particular today. I went there recently and Laurie managed my imaging. She was so incredibly professional and her positivity was contagious!! Laurie truly brightened my day. I hope her employers realize she is worth her weight in gold. ;)
