She didn't even charge me because the severity of the issue. I picked them up with no problem. Kim and Sydney were very sweet and helpful. They also have a good selection of frames with brands like Versace and Jimmy Choo. Good prices too. Make sure you go to the store inside Macy's on the 2nd floor. Truly a lifesaver. I'm forever grateful ❤️

I admit I’ve likely been one of the most indecisive and challenging customers they’ve encountered- yet I was met at every step with grace, attentiveness, and genuine care every visit. Their ability to offer thoughtful guidance and patient reassurance made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and even enjoyable. Not only did my experience exceed expectations, but it was also surprisingly more personalized and attentive than what I’ve received through my private Optometrist’s office, whom I also deeply respect. That comparison alone speaks volumes about the level of service and dedication these women bring to their work.
