  This staff is the best I’ve ever seen in any GNC and I’ve been into a lot of different GNC‘s throughout the country. Staff was super helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was prompt to help me with any questions that I had about any of the supplements

  Customer service is the worse here !!! Matt is the worse ! The workers always act like they don’t want to work and they don’t want to help you. The worker Matt was out latest reason for never coming back ! We came in for a drink and saw some items on the table, we were asking questions about them and he told us “they are samples for our customers” - already had an attitude like we weren’t in there to buy something so why add the “for our customer” part. He never told us anything about the samples or a limit and barely wanted to answer the two questions we had ; so we was ready to just buy out item and leave so I picked two samples up and my husband picked one up and went to purchase one pre workout drink- we get to paying and he’s like “what are you doing it’s only one sample, you can only take one sample” in the rudest voice and tone ever and I’m like okay when we were asking question about them why not say it’s only one per customer instead of saying “for our customers”. So we decided we didn’t want anything and made him refund us for our pre workout and made him do extra work since we were such a burden at his job that he chose to work at
