Dr. Grand recently helped me with a crown that was a very difficult situation. He took the time to find a way to make it work and give me a little more time before having to take the next step. That kind of care and attention means so much to me. I truly felt like I received VIP, white-glove service rather than just being another patient. And Sara Beth, my dental hygienist, is AMAZING! She has the softest touch—you honestly barely feel like you’re getting your teeth cleaned! She is encouraging, caring, loving, and genuinely seems like she was meant to do what she does. ❤️ The entire staff is absolutely top-notch. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they truly care about their patients. Unlike other dentists, I know exactly what I’m going to have to pay ahead of time. They diligently remind you of your appointments and they really work with you on scheduling. No one loves going to the dentist, but since you have to go, you might as well go somewhere with friendly staff and cost transparency so you might as well go to Grand Family.
