  My Hygienist, Cheri does an awesome job with my teeth. She a very sweet and caring woman. Always is polite and has a positive attitude. Love seeing her at Grand Family Dentistry.

  It's absolutely horrible. I have had good experiences in the past, but today was beyond horrible, and the young lady kept putting stuff in front of me to sign. She said I wouldn't owe anything, and then upon leaving, I am told I owe $150 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING being done. This place is obviously a FOR PROFIT business ahead of actually taking care of customers. Based on how horribly I was treated today, I would not recommend anyone coming here. Things have changed here, and this is by far the most expensive dentistry place around. Everywhere else is much cheaper. You can't just lie to people in order to fraudulently obtain money from them. They made me feel so devalued today. I truly wish I had words for how horrible it was. I have been sending friends and family here for years, but now I will probably be calling all them, and I suggest they switch too. They need to do better with how they treat people and also don't lie to people. May 6th followup: After speaking to Sara/Sarah today, she was acting like she wanted to help. Just like how Luke Baumgartner acted like he wanted to help. Yesterday he even wrote me an estimate. Sara/Sarah spoke to Cossich Family Dentistry today about them honoring their warranty on this inferior bridge they did. Cossich refuses to honor their own warranty. Now Sara/Sarah just called me around 5 pm to tell me they no longer feel comfortable doing the work that just yesterday they said they would do. I literally feel like them and Cossich are working together to not help. I will stick with Grand Family Dentistry for cleanings going forward, but I can't trust them ever again in the future. I literally feel like they are working together with Cossich to not help me as they called and spoke to Cossich. After they spoke to Cossich, their tune changed, and they could no longer do the work. Nobody can say that this all adds up and is normal. It is basically RETALIATION by 2 dentists offices to hurt a patient. Funny how they gave me an estimate, and could do the work, but after taking to the other dentist office they suddenly changed their mind saying they couldn't do the work. RATHER SUSPICIOUS if I do say so myself. I honestly don't even believe them at this point, and feel they are now just lying to me. At this facility I am not a patient, but am a CUSTOMER. For the new bridge they gave me the estimate for was over 3 times higher than the other place who did the original bridge. I don't think anyone else would believe that this sounds right or fair to a Customer. I feel I now will have to file a complaint with the Louisiana state board of Dentistry as this is unprofessional, and not acceptable. Why would you ever give an estimate saying you can do the work. Only to change everything after you speak to the other dentist office.

  They were able to take me two hours after I called re serious tooth ache and scheduled an extraction the next day.

  Horrible incompetent bunch of humans at ALL of their locations. We ALWAYS have an issue with them from getting the wrong tooth planned after discussing a specific tooth multiple times, to horrible time management where they can’t even finish the job and keep having to make multiple appointments to get simple stuff done. I will smear their name every chance I get. DO NOT GO HERE!! FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!!

  I had such a great experience at Grand Family Dentistry! Dr. Bratcher did my composite veneers and she is amazing. She is so kind, gentle, and takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The hygienist was wonderful too- so sweet, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. I am so happy with my smile and highly recommend Grand Family Dentistry!
