I am very well pleased with the Pilates classes. My balance and strength have improved a lot. I can walk better and further now since my 3 knee replacements and broken femur surgeries. I am especially happy with my instructors Heather and Alexis in the Mandeville, La. facility. Can't wait for my next class !

I would never recommend this studio. My experience with Club Pilates Mandeville was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with any business. After suffering a documented back injury, I requested a medical freeze and later informed the studio that my physician advised me not to return to Pilates. I received written confirmation that my membership had been cancelled, that no further charges would be processed, and that there were no future payments scheduled. Despite these written confirmations, I later found myself disputing charges and spending months collecting medical records, emails, membership documents, billing records, and other evidence. What concerns me most is that the information presented during the dispute process was inconsistent with the written confirmations I had received directly from the studio. I have retained every document, every email, and every communication related to my case. This experience completely destroyed my trust in this business. No customer dealing with a documented medical injury should have to spend months defending themselves after receiving written confirmation that their membership had been cancelled. If you choose to become a member, keep copies of every email, every agreement, and every document. You may need them. P.S. I have attached both sets of documents for comparison: the documents your studio sent directly to me and the documents later submitted to bank during the dispute process.

I've been to Mercedez' 7:30 a.m. class several times now, and I really appreciate that she helps participants focus and improve technique. She gives meaning to the concept of "mind and body". She's not an instructor who just puts you through the paces. She pays attention to form and execution and effectively coaches on which specific muscles should be activating. I have to concentrate and focus my mind, with her excellent, detailed prompts, to find the posture and position that engages the target muscles. Tiny adjustments that she coaches make a big difference.

I've been a member of Club Pilates for several years and just love it. Lots of classes are offered at lots of different times. I would say there is something for everyone, and each class can be adapted to you level and body aches. I know first hand. Try a class if you are wondering and check it out for yourself.

I am a member of Club Pilates in Mandeville. If you’re looking to workout with professional trainers this is your home. There are many different types of classes depending on the level of a workout that you’re interested. The studio and equipment is clean, all the trainers are willing to help. You will be amazed at how you will feel better and see your body transform. Give them a try and attend a free demo class. I did and just completed my 335th class!
