  went here for a new bottom denture to be made staff were friendly and helpful. I give a 5 star rating because i was treated with respect. Aspen and Affordable dentures treated me like a dog. Asst Keli was awesome, and Dr Leotsakou was great

  Best dentist ever!! I’ve been with Dr. Castle since he was working in Westlake. Then followed him to Oak Park Blvd. Now I’m with him at Oak park in McNeese street in Lake Charles. Thank you, Dr. Castle for taking care of me all through the years. You are THE BEST!!!❤️

  First, I must say that I have several friends who I dearly love that work here, so this was a difficult decision to write this review. I have found most of the hygienists and assistants to be caring, compassionate and professional. My issue is with the front desk and the business side of this practice. I have been a patient there for years and have spent thousands of dollars on dental care. I recently had a tooth extracted and a "flipper" made. The flipper did NOT match the color of my teeth, nor did it fit properly and it broke. I went in on 4/22/26, to see how this could be remedied. At this appointment, I was informed for the THIRD time, Oak Park Dental has switched my dentist WITHOUT consulting or letting me know. No courtesy call to inquire if I am in agreement or have an opinion/option. I'm not happy about this but I'm in a bind over the flipper. Upon examination, the staff confirmed that the lab made the wrong flipper (color sent did not match the color ordered), the flipper tooth was the wrong size and it did not fit properly. And with that, I questioned was I even given the right flipper? The staff told me the flipper would have to be repaired or remade since it was not correct to begin with. Lab or office error, one of those parties should be responsible to correct their mistake, right?!? WRONG, according to the front desk person. She tells me that I will have to pay (again) for the repair/replacement because "my dentist" is no longer at Oak Park Dental. WHAT?!? Obviously, they have not considered me a patient of "a dentist" since they have taken the liberty of choosing "my dentist" for me not once but THREE times. So apparently, Oak Park Dental does NOT guarantee their work, nor do they care about customer service or taking proper care of their patients. In the midst of a dental crisis my "day at the park" was a NIGHTMARE! I am done and moving on to find a dental practice whose full staff is compassionate, caring and considerate and understands the value and importance of taking care of their customers and patients. It's a shame that the "business side" of this practice has such poor performance and lacks professionalism.
