  A few years ago, I went into Dr. Staffords office, as requested by my job, after a work related injury. I had injured my back so bad that my dad had to drive me to the clinic and help me walk into the building. I could barely look down, much less bend over, it was very painful to do everything but lie down. After evaluation, where Dr. Stafford observed my condition, he cleared me to go back to work on “light duty” the following day, and prescribed me some pain pills that my sister (who is a pharmacist) informed me were highly addictive. A trend that would repeat with most of my visits. I couldn’t sit, drive, bend, reach, or anything without sending shocks of pain up and down my back. I had to use my sick and vacation days because the doctor cleared me when he shouldn’t have. Then when I went back for my follow up and told him I couldn’t return to work, he then excused me to be off work for 2 weeks. It never sat right with me that he was willing to send me right back to work with nothing but highly addictive pain pills instead of properly evaluating me and excusing me from work. I recovered pretty well but it was because of the dedicated work from physical therapists that were outside of network. Not from Dr. Staffords office.

  I wouldn’t advise ever going here for a drug screening, they are really reallly rude, they will stereotype you an make you piss more than once if they judge you an think you need to pee again, mad unprofessional place, just stay ways from this place, if taking a drug screening make sure you bring more than one sample cause they will make you pee I’m a cup twice.

  I went there for a physical and Dr. John Stafford was amazing! He was very interested in my medical history and took the time to talk to me and explain things about my health issues that I see specialist for. He is very knowledgeable and treated me with respect! Wonder doctor and staff!!

  My husband been working for 7 straight years and going their for all his drugs screen and physical,so why on June 13th 2018, my hubby went in for his physical,i usually go with him,but this particular day I had to work and he did his urine drug screen and one of the techs came back and said that he tested positive he said well I just had three teeth pulled and I can have my dentist to faxed over to you all the medicines and stuff everything I been taking, they told him they still got to send it off they didn't ask what he was taking or nothing,so on the following monday he called his employer, got no return phone call,call tuesday ,got no return phone call, so he called wednesday which is the day he supposed to heliport out earlyThursday morning! And he,was told to call HR! I called the company and was told that my husband have to prove it,so i called HR and spoke to a very friendly lady,,she told me they had to go on what the doctor and lab say!! I called the lab with my husband on the line,the lab Personnel was very rude and very nasty and after I told him all the medicines that my hubsand was on and he said he had told him about it before he left out the office on the 13th,so he told him to bring all of his medicines and come back over there to the Lafayette office after my husband got over there and brought all this medicine but he left the XTend BCAA'S powder but I told them about that and they told him it will be $30 to take another urine sample but come to find out they say they kept his urine in the refrigerator since June 13th and they did not let him get a new urine sample they use the same sample that have been in refrigerator for 7 days, my husband told me it was so strange to him ,he maded there before a lot of the other guys,and they called all them except one or two before him,I truly believe in my heart my hubby was railroaded,number one my husband dont do any drugs,he dont even smoke!! I truly believe in my heart that a employee of Stafford Clinic miss handled my husband urine sample on purpose to cover up something that was done illegal!He was very rude to me on the phone each time i called back!! My heart tells me something is wrong,if by any chance my husband was a drug addict, we wouldnt be pushing this matter!! My husband,was a great worker and got alone with all his co-workers, never missed one time going to work on his hitch, he also worked wherever they called for extra work when someone else couldn't work their hitch , my heart is so sadness,im self employed and now we don't have any health insurance!! Im asking anyone to come froward if this have happened to you!!
