Our studio offers a class setting with many, many options. We offer classes for strength & balance, cardio, core, dance and that's just the tip of the iceberg. We do have a few exercise machines also available. Our studio offers a place where you can come and connect with others like you, no pressure in a relaxed atmosphere where you can just be yourself and build new friendships...community.
