- KKKeni4 days ago1.0Waste of time. I was never notified that the Dr. had retired and they now have virtual Drs. I was not told this until after my exam had started and at that point they would run my insurance since “they” had done an exam. The Dr. watched a video of my eye that the assistant took and clicked a few buttons on her end and stated my prescription changed. I am now stuck for year unless I pay out of pocket to see another Doctor. If I had known this was a virtual eye exam I would have never made an appointment. Serious lack of communication. The assistant stated they probably won’t be hiring an in office Dr.
