  I simply want to share my experience at the Inclusive Care location in Kenner/Williams. I always receive the best medical attention and nursing care from Dr. Salgado and her team, specifically nurse Dailys Sierra. Over the nine years I have been a patient of Dr. Salgado, my experience and the care I receive has been enhanced by the assistance of nurse Dailys. I have nothing but words of gratitude for Dailys; during my visits, her manner was not only professional but also incredibly warm and compassionate. She put me at ease, patiently explained every step of the process, and was always attentive to my needs. She is an outstanding professional who truly makes a difference. She and Dr. Salgado always work with a focus on efficiency and clinical excellence.

  I have been trying to contact Dr. Maritza Salgado for more than a week through the patient portal and by phone calls, without receiving an adequate response regarding a prescription I needed after being hospitalized. I even spoke directly with Dr. Maritza Salgado for approximately four minutes to request that the prescription be sent to the pharmacy, as I am currently undergoing medical treatment and have been experiencing discomfort throughout the day. However, instead of the medication I requested and needed for my condition, I was prescribed medication for nausea . The medication I urgently needed was never sent. Subsequently, someone from the clinic called me and told me to go to Walmart and purchase an over-the-counter medication. I believe that my concerns were not addressed appropriately or in a timely manner, especially after being discharged from the hospital and continuing to experience symptoms that required follow-up and treatment. I hope that Inclusive Care will improve communication, patient follow-up, and the handling of treatment and medication requests in order to prevent other patients from having a similar experience.

  The staff at this location is fantastic! The lady at the front desk helped me with the “sliding scale” payment method because I am in limbo with insurance at the moment. She listened. She cared. She helped me. 11/10 The nurse who took my vitals was incredibly kind, understanding and thoughtful. She actively listened to me with care. She did not judge me. She listened with concern and compassion. 11/10 Dr Frank is the man! He helped me get the meds I need while in limbo with insurance. He is always looking out for his patients. My appearance has improved since he has been my Primary Care Doctor. He has helped me tremendously! Dr Frank is why I come back to InclusivCare. I trust him. He is not trying to “milk me for money” like some doctors. He is honest. He actively listens. And he’s right. He has never misdiagnosed me! 15/10 If you do not have insurance you can come here! They are truly INCLUSIVE!!! They will actually help you without charging you an arm and a leg. I truly appreciate all of you!!! Thank you so much for being here!!! To InclusivCare (the company, NOT STAFF!!!) and/or the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: you could work on this location. It is not as nice as the Avondale location, but it is closer to my home. I am talking about the building itself. This has nothing to do with cleanliness or the staff. I am talking construction and interior design. Whoever owns the building could fix the building up a little to make it more welcoming on the inside and outside. This staff is doing the absolute MOST, WITH LESS! I absolutely love them for it! I highly dislike mega-hospitals. They give me the creeps. Too many sick people in one place with medical fraud and malpractice galore at mega-hospitals, like Oshner. Thank you for being here to give me somewhere to go other than a mega-hospital. I love these small neighborhood clinics!
