At Haydel Memorial Hospice our mission is to provide end of life care to patients and support to families in the Bayou Region of Southeast Louisiana. We are locally owned and operated providing a holistic approach to hospice care which focuses on the patient and the immediate family’s spiritual and psychosocial needs and beliefs. Our goal is to provide the highest standard of care giving our patients dignity, quality and comfort in their final stages of life.

I have personally experienced the care and compassion not to mention the professionalism that two specific individuals have brought to this company. Definitely assets, Danielle Bergeron, RN and Breanna Henry, CNA-Hospice Aide are exceptional healthcare workers. I have seen them both go beyond the call of duty to ensure families have the best of care. I would recommend Haydel Memorial Hospice Company to anyone seeking quality service for their loved one.

- JBJanae BosseApr 27, 20255.0We are very pleased with Haydel Memorial Hospice. The staff are very pleasant and very personable. They are very attentive to all patients needs in a timely matter. The Nurses explain everything to the family and answer any or all concerns. Calls to office are answered and if a problem was to arise they arrive to residents home as quick as they can. We couldn't ask for a better Hospice to take care of our loved ones. Greatly appreciated from the bottom of our hearts.

The last straw was when they decided they would only come out to bathe mom once a week on the same day she was already getting showered. Why would a company whose goal is to make a person’s last days comfortable by aiding them with the necessary activities of daily living choose to take it away???? 🥺
