  Furious. I’ve been coming here for YEARS and paying cash every visit. Called today to confirm my appointment for 12 was still on. I was met with attitude and told “we don’t accept your insurance so how are you paying?” I said yes ma’am, I’ve paid cash for years. I’m aware today’s visit is $220. She then says “since you’re paying cash, hold” Tells me my appointment was canceled because “the doctors wife had a baby two weeks ago” Okay so no one was going to call me and make me aware I no longer had an appointment? I know I’ll get the generic “please call us so we can talk comment” that does nothing when the receptionists are so rude. They refused to let me speak to an office manager, I was told “we don’t have one of those”. Okay, well then maybe I can spend my day finding a dentist who does have an office manager and communicates with patients

  The absolute worst most unprofessional office I've ever been to. Called at 8 saying my 6 year old needed to be seen. I waited 6 hours just for the actual dentist to tell us, they don't do pediatric dental work. The amount of times they could have just told us all they could do was clean hes teeth. Don't trust these people with your time, you're kids or your energy.

  Dr Michelle Anderson and her assistant were amazing they made sure that the patient's comfort was top knoch. I definitely am looking forward to going back to see them and I highly recommend if you need any dental work done she is the best for the job

  Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE front of the office people. You call to make an appointment or reschedule and you are met with deep sighs like you have inconvenienced them, being cut off, placed on hold mid sentence and when they do come back on they talk so fast then hang up. I absolutely love the staff in the back and if it weren't for the great doctors and assistants, I would definitely find somewhere else to go. Theres one front desk woman thats been there for years who I literally hope never slides the glass open to check me in because she is the worst of the worst. Horrible attitude in person and on the phone. Maybe you guys should do some training on how to treat people who are patients that are the reason there's a business. I know you guys are busy, its obvious, but that doesn't give anyone the right to be nasty.

  I needed my tooth extracted, I gave them a call and they got me in the same day! The team is very friendly and the work done was great! They have great prices for those without insurance.
