- TBT BJul 15, 20251.0The pharmacy clerk with the long grey hair is extremely rude and very ugly and impatient with the customers, this has happened several times. She has a very poor attitude and shouldn't deal with people at all. This is at the Albertsons pharmacy in Hammond La.

This is not from one event but many over the years. 90% of interactions I've had with her have been negative due to her terrible attitude. I have never left a review before and probably won't again but that lady is the reason I will no longer use sav on anymore.
- ACAmber CaredioJan 7, 20213.0I've been here a few times and until today I've had great experiences. The pharmacist is normally super nice and very helpful. I don't know who I spoke to tonight but I called to get an update since it's been 2 hours since my prescription was called in. They told me they have over 200 voicemails so I won't be getting it tonight. That seems like an extreme amount to have that haven't been listened to. Thank goodness I'm not in dire need and wasn't relying on getting it for some kind of pain relief or major issue. She didn't seem to care and seemed more annoyed I was asking about it. Based on other reviews I've seen this is becoming the normal attitude from whoever that lady is. I hope management see's these and does something about it so we won't have to take our business to another pharmacy. :(
