  The office staff and audiologist, Alaina Johnson, were top notch! I have smaller than normal ear canals which made it harder to clear them. Ms. Johnson went diligently above and beyond to ensure a quality outcome. I could not recommend enough!

  My son was diagnosed with testicular cancer in February, 2019 ... Thru courses of chemotherapy and Stem cell transplant Chad’s hearing was lost ... Dr Bode worked countless hours with Chad in an effort provide him with adequate hearing. This type of hearing loss is especially difficult since it is the nerves that are affected from the Chemo but Dr Bode never gave up! I cannot begin to say how many hearing aides that was tried until finally one seemed to work satisfactorily...Thru all of Dr BODE’s work We never received a bill, not for his time nor for the use of the hearing aides. Dr Bode also checked in on me Many times, to see how I was doing knowing how heartbreaking this was for me as his mother. Sadly, Chad passed away on April 30,2020. I cannot say thank you enough to Dr. Bode for all of his care, commitment and compassion in providing Chad with his best possible quality of life in his final months.

  Professional, attentive and user friendly. Their equipment appears state of the art in ways to take my old hearing aids like new again... Looking into a new set as I was shopping.
