  Nike and Jenny were so helpful to get my mom's glasses ordered and provide the perfect fit..made it convenient for me to not have to transport her a second time to the showroom...would recommend this office and their fine attention to serving

  Jenny and the other ladies were a great help!!! My glasses were delayed but Jenny went above and beyond to make sure I had them for my trip!! Thank you sooo much Jenny!!!

  Jenny was absolutely amazing! She helped me find the best looking frames and the best deal for my budget. She explained everything so well. It was the best experience I've ever had shopping for glasses.

  Perhaps my review would be 5 stars accept for one problem. I paid with my insurance. Of course, I pay any remaining amount as well as the taxes. The woman first tried to offer me an endless bottle of cleaning solution. I declined. Then I was offered a second pair of glasses. Of course, there was a limit of $39. I selected them, but declined to get something called a high powered lenses option for an additional $10. I was told those glasses would be ready by closing that day. Of course, by 3:45 I needed to come home. I checked in to retrieve my written prescription, which had not been returned when I paid earlier. The first pair of glasses, with the UHD lenses would take about a week, so I said I would pick up both pair of glasses at that time. When I returned to get the glasses, only one pair was given to me. The other pair of glasses, which was included in the subtotal and increased the taxes I paid, were not given to me. I was told that to get those glasses, I would need to pay $49.95. However, I was not given the difference back that I paid in taxes. I also think my insurance company might have been billed for the extra glasses just to try to exploit the full benefit from the insurance. I am currently waiting to hear back from the insurance company and will update the correct information.

  My Husband and 2 kids went to Vision 4 Less on Thursday 6/4. We had a hiccup with our insurance and the kids were not able to get their glasses. I was really frustrated by their policy which said they could not hold the frames information until the following day. This was very frustrating because we live an hour away and that meant that we had to make another trip to Bossier. HOWEVER, when we came back today Tuesday 6/5, inspite of my poor attitude, the ladies who waited on us made it right!!! Nike and Tony had positive attitudes and were very patient with us as we had to pick out glasses AGAIN!!! They made sure the kids got the glasses they wanted AND that they were finished BEFORE we left town (so we didn’t have to come back). Thank you ladies very much we really appreciate it!!!
