  For me, going to the optometrist is always accompanied with the same dread as going to the dmv. It has always been an ordeal. Today, I was immediately greeted and shown around the store to look at options. Everyone was extremely helpful and had the answers to all my questions. No one had to go get help or ask someone else to assist me. Nike worked with me so effortlessly, completing my order in just a few minutes. Before I made it back to work, I received a text saying my glasses were ready. Ive never gotten my glasses in less than a week. Much less the same day. Most importantly, they didnt make me feel like some guy, but welcomed like family. I look forward to my next appointment.

  Excellent service! Had two pairs of no-line bi-focals in an hour and Frankchesca was sweet, knowledgeable and very patient while I tried to make up my mind. I highly recommend this business and be sure to check online for money-saving coupons! Good job, Vision 4 Less!

  I went to Vision 4 Less in Bossier City to have a new prescription filled. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, and a young lady immediately asked if I needed help. Franchesca was extremely helpful when I asked about getting new lenses for my current frames and purchasing another pair of glasses. She and her assistant were polite, energetic, and professional. The entire environment was warm and inviting. My glasses were ready within hours! They made sure the glasses fit comfortably and that I could see clearly before I left. I highly recommend Vision 4 Less in Bossier City to my friends and anyone looking for excellent service and quality eye care!
