  This is an incredible concept. I described the type of frames that I wanted. I was led straight to an area with the types of frames described. I found the frames that I liked and they will be shipped to me for free within 10 days. It just doesn’t get any easier than this. I highly recommend visiting the store!

  I’ve bought glasses from Warby Parker online for years and have been satisfied. But I was disappointed that my newest pair of sunglasses came in fitting too loosely. So I stopped in today during my lunch break hoping to get my sunglasses adjusted since they now have a storefront in BR. Jason was able to quickly adjust the frames so that they fit perfectly. He and Laura were friendly and helpful and I was able to get exactly what I needed in just a couple minutes. I will definitely be back next time I need a new prescription or a new pair of glasses!

  I had an amazing experience at Warby Parker! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. Jason, the sales associate who helped me, was absolutely incredible. I came in not really knowing what I wanted, and he was so patient and kind throughout the entire process. He never made me feel rushed or pressured—instead, he really took his time to understand what I was looking for and helped guide me to a pair of glasses that I truly love. What stood out the most was how comfortable the whole experience felt. Jason genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my choice, and that kind of customer service is hard to find these days. On top of that, the pricing was a pleasant surprise. I ended up getting a great deal—much more affordable than what I usually pay at my doctor’s office—and I honestly feel like the quality is even better. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the experience overall. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great service, great prices, and a team that truly cares!
