- NWNiki WmsJun 13, 20261.0If I could give a zero I would. The Asian doctor who does the eye exam is VERY sarcastic and insufficient. He makes sly comments as if he's playing but really is serious. Depending on his mood you may get good service. Ask the doctor about how he issued the wrong contacts, and prescription, not once but twice? He also disrespected my daughter and that was the last straw! She asked him to re-check her eyes because the left eye was giving her issues, which caused her to struggle to see out the trial pair of contacts. It was one of his bad days! Since he's the owner, making complaints doesn't work so I'd say hit his pocket and take your business elsewhere. Never again, and his wife operates the Seigan Lane location. I hope she is not the same. I'll never find out.

She proceeded with an attitude asking for ID when she didn't ask for it at first.. I have been coming her for years.. But this will be me and my son last day.. That ol Bobbing her head up and down ..Baby I can go somewhere else..

I ordered contact lenses via phone and made payment for it to be shipped at the beginning of April and still haven’t received them and it’s the 27th. Every time I call they tell me you should be receiving them in a few days. They lied to me and trying to cover it up that she forgot I paid for shipping. This lady told me the contact been at the office and she reached out to me but got no answer! That was a bold face lie, because you would have left a VM. Which it was no need to call when I paid for it to get shipped!!! Please don’t choose Vision 4 Less I wouldn’t want you to experience what I went through.

Went today to get an exam and new glasses and even though the place was empty, I was told that I have to schedule an exam in advance. I'm off of work today so someone else will be selling me some glasses today. Good bye from a lifelong customer. This is the kind of stuff that makes businesses go under.
