She is one of the most thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate providers I’ve had. She always takes the time to answer every question I have and never makes me feel rushed during my appointments. I tend to have a little anxiety when it comes to medical appointments, but Dr. Moore has such a calming presence that she immediately puts me at ease. She explains everything clearly, makes sure I understand my options, and genuinely cares about her patients. Her staff is equally wonderful. Every interaction has been pleasant, and they are always kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Whether I have questions about insurance, payments, glasses, or contact lenses, they take the time to explain everything without making me feel like an inconvenience.
