I love coming here … the staff is always so friendly and it’s not as overwhelming as being in a hospital. The warm blankets are a plus for me!!!

My neice Schondalyn Renee Smith had a procedure done today. And from the time we arrived at the center everyone treated her as though she was the only patience there. Everyone was caring, polite and concerned with taking extra good care of her. I as her caregiver was also I ask if I was OK or needed a blanket. The doctor that tended to Schondalyn answered all of my questions. I would recommend this center to anyone. Much Love to all the staff from check in to discharge. Continue the good work GOD BLESS 🙏🏽

I am a dialysis patient and needed to have a procedure done on my access point on my left arm in order to improve blood flow so that dialysis sessions would be more effective. This was performed at the. Baton Rouge vascular access center on East Airport in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We arrived my wife and I arrived early and where I believe second or third in line for the procedure and we’re met with friendly staff at the front desk and when it was time to go to the back for preparations for the procedure all of the staff were very accommodating very friendly and supplying me with plenty of information about the procedure prior to the procedure that my doctor came in and went through the steps of what he was going to do and how it should affect my arm and my access point and I was brought in after all the prep work was done with the IV etc. I was brought to the back and to the operating room, where they prepared me for the procedure. Again, the staff was very accommodating and friendly and kept asking me if I had any more questions about the procedure or was there anything else they could do for me while I was waiting? I had to have a nerve block on my left arm in order for the procedure to be done and after the medication took affect they did that and I was sitting here and I was able to listen to the conversations of the doctor nurses and was totally free of pain whenever they were performing this procedure on my arm after leaving and returning home after about three hours I started getting some sensations back in my arm and it’s slowly coming back to use, but I was informed all that was normal beforehand, so I already felt an improvement in the blood flow in my point where my dialysis needles are inserted so I know there will be a better flow rate when I go in for dialysis tomorrow, I strongly recommend this facility and Dr. shellac thank you Mark Williams
