The rude older white lady told me that the insurance was run but turns out only the private insurance was run. Attempted to get pharmacy to re-run the prescription but was told that they could not do this and I would have to seek reimbursement from insurance. This same pharmacy previously lost my daughter's prescription and lied about returning the prescription. The old white lady staff is very rude and the pharmacist is rude and a liar. Choose any other pharmacy except here, wish I would have read all these other bad reviews.
