  100/10 recommend Vitale! Tim and Haley are absolutely amazing. I recently had a few spots removed from my scalp and biopsied, and Haley was so gentle throughout the entire process. She explained everything she was doing, made me feel completely at ease, and it was over before I even knew it. The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about their patients, this is it!

  I went and seen Dr Smallwood- I contacted him on the portal and sent him a picture of the area of concern on my back. I am 8 months pregnant and this area had grown in size/became itchy. He reviewed the picture and reassured me this could be removed via shave biopsy and it was safe during pregnancy. I was very satisfied with my care and service I received. Everyone was so nice and professional! His assistant allowed me to hold her hand while I was injected with lidocaine prior to my procedure. She provided distraction techniques by tapping my hand repeatedly to get me to focus on something else. All staff ensured I was comfortable as I am 8 months pregnant. You will not be disappointed by the care, here! I work in a LTC facility and called to schedule one of my residents with him- he answered and helped his receptionist/ while scheduling an appointment. Make the appointment today! You won’t regret it!

  Timmy and his staff are wonderful! Scheduling is a breeze. They will get you in quick, and offer convenient appointment times. Timmy takes his time to address your specific skin care needs and goes the extra mile to make you feel special. Whatever skin care concerns you have, they will work with you to find affordable options to help save you money. I highly recommend this practice, and plan to return.   Very positive experience. They took the time to listen to my concerns and address them thoughtfully. They were able to resolve an issue that had bothered me for decades that several other dermatologist dismissed, and I was able to get an appointment much sooner than I've experienced with other dermatology offices. I appreciate the quality of care and would recommend them to others.
