- NNNahiaAug 4, 20265.0I had a really great experience at Pearle Vision getting a contact lense exam done. The day before I checked at a Walmart and their prices started at $180 where pearle vision starts as low as $80-90!! As an international (I’m from Ireland), the experience went very smoothly. A special shoutout to the lovely staff Chynel, Maddie, and Dr.Goodman for being so kind and helpful with me and having a great positive attitude that was contagious making me leave the place smiling from ear to ear. They were very accommodating and non judgemental as my medical insurance did not cover the exam, which I really appreciated. The contact lenses I was fitted with are working perfectly and I’m delighted being able to see the world clearly again! Everyone was so professional while creating a safe, feel good environment. The staff were great at explaining every step of the process from assisting me to the waiting room to explaining astigmatism and including that in my contact lenses prescription to help my eyes with it. I 100% recommend coming here and I will be back again if I need anything thank you so much!

To me in the way she did i call it dumbing it down she was excellent.and the other young lady she was great as well i have been going there for 20 plus years and this was the best experience I have had here by far thank you dawn connolly

Heck, even was on hold for an hour and 45 mins and they just kept me on hold til they closed and never got back with me. Would highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague.
- HFHannah FMay 7, 20261.0The absolute headache I've had because of this business... It is impossible to get ahold of anyone at this location; walk in or phone call. We ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank after a month with zero updates We ordered new glasses before March and its almost the end of May and we have nothing to show from this mess. Pearle Vision has used all my insurance benefits from the glasses they never gave us as well and I had to go get a new RX slip from the specialist because Pearle Vision also wouldn't give me a copy of MY RX that I brought to them which still makes zero sense to me. Sounds like gatekeeping. 4 trips to get glasses for child who HAS to have them to see and we still have to wait longer because of the hassle of this place not doing business correctly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
