  Send my daughter here because we have been going here before it turned into pearle((poopy) vision and it was much better. It's been over a month and still being told it's gonna be a nother couple of weeks before she can get her glasses. When you tell a customer you cannot cancel the order so we can go somewhere else that is shady practice as you can always cancel. We're NEVER coming back here and from the looks of your reviews you have lost many more patients. Personally I started going to bluegrass in Brandon crossing and I think I had my glasses and contacts both within a week to 10 days. How unprofessional to lie to your customers saying you put in a new order so their glasses would come sooner and then not actually do that. The lies and unprofessional staff have lost you a family of 6 so I hope you feel it in your bottom line. Having my kid driving not being able to see for a month is unacceptable. Have to look and see what agency to file a complaint with because this store shouldn't be taking money and then not delivering the products in the agreed upon time. The Dr was nice and that is the only reason you received 1 star rating. I would have given you negative 5 stars for the dangerous situation you put my kid in and then lying about it several times. Do not have a nice day!

  This place is a joke. Nobody there ever, don’t answer the phone and submit bogus charges. You can’t call Pearle Vision corporate either as they try to send you back to the local number that is never answered. If they are closed please post it and do everyone a favor.

  The absolute worst experience at our I wait three weeks to get my glasses which were wrong. I spent a lot of money. Had to reschedule for another eye appointment 10 minutes from my appointment. I get a call saying the doctor will not be there in time. How do you call someone 10 minutes before your appointment to tell you that the doctor is going to be late and they need to reschedule. I am requesting a full refund. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location.

  I had a really great experience at Pearle Vision getting a contact lense exam done. The day before I checked at a Walmart and their prices started at $180 where pearle vision starts as low as $80-90!! As an international (I’m from Ireland), the experience went very smoothly. A special shoutout to the lovely staff Chynel, Maddie, and Dr.Goodman for being so kind and helpful with me and having a great positive attitude that was contagious making me leave the place smiling from ear to ear. They were very accommodating and non judgemental as my medical insurance did not cover the exam, which I really appreciated. The contact lenses I was fitted with are working perfectly and I’m delighted being able to see the world clearly again! Everyone was so professional while creating a safe, feel good environment. The staff were great at explaining every step of the process from assisting me to the waiting room to explaining astigmatism and including that in my contact lenses prescription to help my eyes with it. I 100% recommend coming here and I will be back again if I need anything thank you so much!

  Dr woody was awesome the front desk lady just very knowledgeable about insurance.i have never had it explain? To me in the way she did i call it dumbing it down she was excellent.and the other young lady she was great as well i have been going there for 20 plus years and this was the best experience I have had here by far thank you dawn connolly
