  The absolute headache I've had because of this business... It is impossible to get ahold of anyone at this location; walk in or phone call. We ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank after a month with zero updates We ordered new glasses before March and its almost the end of May and we have nothing to show from this mess. Pearle Vision has used all my insurance benefits from the glasses they never gave us as well and I had to go get a new RX slip from the specialist because Pearle Vision also wouldn't give me a copy of MY RX that I brought to them which still makes zero sense to me. Sounds like gatekeeping. 4 trips to get glasses for child who HAS to have them to see and we still have to wait longer because of the hassle of this place not doing business correctly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

  Go anywhere else. We’ve been waiting over 6 weeks for our child's glasses, and this place has been nothing but excuses the entire time. Every time we check in, we’re told they’ll be ready “this week”—that’s been repeated over and over with zero follow-through. Getting in touch is nearly impossible. Calls go unanswered, and to make it worse, we’ve shown up during posted business hours only to find the doors locked. This isn’t just a delay—it’s a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually delivers on what they promise.

  After several weeks of not receiving my glasses (that I already paid for), I called to ask about them. I was told that my very expensive glasses were part of a shipment that was lost. It wasn’t until this time (when I called them) that they informed me that I could request to have them remade or I could come in and pick a different frame. Obviously, I didn’t want a different frame, so I requested they be remade with the same frame style. I was told that the new order would be rushed and I could get them in a week. Well, after more than a week and no call or text again, I called them. Again, they were delayed. They expected them in another week. So I waited again. Nope… still no glasses. And I’m only getting updates when I call them. So, unfortunately, I had to request a refund. They were always pleasant to speak with, but I could never put any confidence in them again. Maybe God just wants me to keep my blurry vision so I won’t see my hair turn grey. 🤔

  The entire staff at Pearle Vision were professional and excellent! Dr. Jason Glenn was kind, thorough and most informative! Best vision exam I’ve ever had and I’ve had many!
