- SLStacy LIBBYApr 22, 20261.0I've never seen such disregard for a patients health in all of my life. I'm new to KY, but no matter where you go in this country, the standards should be the same. It makes complete sense why KY has such a short lifespan. My insurance down here doesn't kick in for another week or so, so I was simply going to pay cash. Connie doesn't want cash because you cant rip off the insurance company that way. Its disgusting. Im also wondering why I have to run my health concern through the billing department lady prior to getting "aporoval" to see my supposed doctor? What are Connie's qualifications? Literally NONE of this is even legal. Kentucky has a Board Of Medicine as well people. You DO have the right to file complaints against health care facilities that violate your rights as a patient. Its worth it. You don't ever have to accept being treated poorly at a doctors office. Im so sick of these fraudulent practices. Oh the healthcare disaster is evident in this state.
