- CMC/O Marcum566May 2, 20261.0Scheduled an appointment online and put my insurance information in to speed up the registration when I arrived with no issues. When I came to check in and handed the receptionist my insurance card and license I was told they don't accept my insurance. I had never been and since I live close though I would try since it's Saturday and I just have a sinus infection. If you're going to schedule an appointment you would be better off calling and seeing what insurance they accept because the online registration won't tell you if they don't accept it. I now see why when im in Kroger there is never anyone there after reading the reviews and what I just experienced.

The visit was pleasant & quick and I really appreciated the empathy/sympathy the Dr and the nurses had. It's not every day that you really feel a Dr is genuinely concerned about you and your well being. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you ladies for lifting my spirits and helping me feel better while I was in town visiting my mom. May you have happy holidays and God Bless you! 🥰
