- KKKMWJan 8, 20261.0This location has their phones disconnected, causing issues for customers. Little do they know- I work for the same company, so I will be filing a formal complaint. Along with filing a complaint with the KY Board of Pharmacy as well. If you cant treat your customers as your #1 priority, you should not be in business at all.. I even let it ring for over 20 minutes, so they must have the phone cords disconnected.
- MHMark HillJan 7, 20203.0The personnel are always friendly and helpful to me. My big complaint like most people is wait time, specially inside. If a person‘s medicine is not ready to pull off the shelf and hand to them right then that person does not need to stand there taking up a window backing up other people whose medicines are ready, they need to take a seat and make way for other people to get on with their business. My last trip and I had a 30 minute wait time, and in that 30 minutes one lady took up one window for that whole time waiting on her medicine. That’s the part I find ridiculous that lady could’ve took a seat and several others could’ve been waited on while she waited for her medicine to be filled.
